Terms & conditions

The terms that apply when you use Bullion House, buy from us or sell to us.

Last updated · 20 July 2026

About these terms

These terms apply when you use our website, buy goods from us, sell goods to us, or use our services in person, by telephone or online. They are between you and BH International Ltd, trading as Bullion House (company number 14315961).

Our registered office is The Old Barn, Wood Street, Swanley, England, BR8 7PA. Our trading address is 111 Baker Street, London W1U 6SG. Please read these terms before placing an order or accepting an offer from us.

Using our site

You must use this website lawfully and must not interfere with its security, attempt to access areas you are not authorised to use, or use the site in a way that could damage it or our reputation.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity on your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Orders, pricing and availability

Product descriptions, images and prices are provided in good faith. Precious-metal markets move frequently, and prices and availability may change before we accept an order. We may correct genuine pricing, description or availability errors and will contact you if this affects your order.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an acknowledgement or order confirmation that accepts the order. The confirmation will set out the accepted goods, price, delivery arrangement and any payment deadline.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. We may ask for information reasonably needed to confirm your identity, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, or complete the transaction.

Payment

Available payment methods and any applicable limits are shown at checkout or confirmed by us. Payment must be made in accordance with the instructions and deadline in your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where payment is not received, cannot be verified, or would breach applicable law.

Do not send funds to bank details supplied through an unverified email or message. If anything looks unusual, contact us using the phone number on this website before making payment.

Delivery and collection

Delivery and collection options, charges and estimated timescales are shown before you complete an order or are confirmed by us. Delivery dates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. Please inspect the outer packaging before accepting a delivery and report any concern to us promptly.

For consumer orders, risk in the goods passes when you, or a person you nominate, takes physical possession of them. Title passes only when we have received cleared payment in full.

Cancellations and returns

Your statutory rights are not affected. Some consumer distance-sale cancellation rights may not apply to goods whose price depends on financial-market fluctuations outside our control, including precious metals, where the law permits that exclusion. We will make the position for your order clear before a contract is concluded.

Do not return goods without contacting us first. If goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not meet your statutory rights, please contact us promptly so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Selling goods to us

Any initial valuation or indication is subject to our inspection, authentication and final acceptance. Receipt of goods does not itself mean that we have accepted an offer to buy them. We may ask for proof of identity, ownership, provenance or other information reasonably required for fraud prevention, legal compliance or the assessment of the goods.

By offering goods for sale, you confirm that you are entitled to sell them and that the information you provide is accurate. We may decline an offer or notify the relevant authorities where we have a legal obligation or reasonable concern.

Investment and tax information

Information on our website is general information only. We do not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and no content on this site is a personal recommendation. The value of precious metals can rise or fall. You should obtain independent advice where appropriate before making a decision.

Tax treatment depends on your circumstances and can change. You are responsible for obtaining your own advice about any tax consequences of a transaction.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to the preceding paragraph, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or business losses where you use our services as a consumer.

Google Maps content

Features that display Google Maps content, including review attribution and address lookup, are supplied by Google. Your use of those features is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

General and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights under the law of the country where you live. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when a contract is made will apply to that contract. For questions, complaints or concerns, email info@bullionhouse.com or call 020 7117 2889. You can also read our Privacy Policy.
