Storage questions
Is storage available for every holding?
Storage is considered individually. We first review the metal, value, ownership records and expected holding period before confirming whether a suitable vault arrangement is available. We are unable to hold presentation boxes for proof coins.
Who owns bullion while it is in storage?
You retain 100% ownership of your bullion while it is in storage. The ownership record and custody terms are confirmed in writing before your items are accepted or moved.
What insurance or cover applies?
Your precious metals are fully insured while in storage. For added peace of mind, our secure vaulting facilities are subject to regular independent audits, ensuring your holdings are accurately accounted for and protected to the highest standards.
Can I access or withdraw my bullion?
Easily liquidate your assets by selling directly to us or choose to have your bullion securely delivered.
