The 2022 1oz Silver QEII Memorial KCIII Obverse is a Royal Mint bullion coin commemorating the life and legacy of Queen Elizabeth II. Its reverse carries a tribute to the late Queen, while the obverse marks the transition to the coinage portrait of King Charles III. Designed by British sculptor Martin Jennings, the uncrowned, left-facing portrait follows the tradition for male monarchs. This was the first official bullion release to feature King Charles III’s coinage portrait. The £2 coin contains one troy ounce of .999 fine silver and measures 38.61mm in diameter.
