How much will you pay for my Gold Pandas?
Our offer is based on the live gold price, the size, the year and the condition of each coin. Send the details and we will reply with an indicative price, then confirm the final offer once we have inspected the coins.
Which Chinese Gold Panda sizes do you buy?
We buy the older troy-ounce family from twentieth-ounce to one ounce, the modern 1g, 3g, 8g, 15g and 30g coins, and larger collector issues.
Should I take my Gold Panda out of its sealed plastic?
No. If your coin is still in original sealed plastic, leave the seal intact. We can inspect it without asking you to open it.
Do scratches or handling marks reduce the value?
Light handling marks rarely change a bullion offer much because the fine-gold content is unchanged. Heavy damage or an opened original seal can affect collector value, and we explain any adjustment before you decide.
Can early or graded Gold Pandas be worth more?
Yes. Early dates, scarce varieties, original sealed coins, high grades, proofs and larger collector issues may carry additional collector value, so we assess those individually.
How and when do I get paid?
Once we have inspected your Gold Pandas and you accept the final offer, we arrange payment by cash or bank transfer. For coins sent by post, payment is by bank transfer.
Do I have to accept the offer?
No. The offer is there to help you decide, and there is no obligation to accept it.
Do I need ID to sell?
Yes. We need to verify your identity for every purchase. We will tell you exactly what to bring or send before you visit or post your coins.
Can I sell without visiting London?
