How much will you pay for my Gold Britannias?
Our offer is based on the live gold price, the size and number of coins, and their condition. Send the details and we will reply with an indicative price, then confirm the final offer once we have inspected the coins.
Are older 22 carat Britannias worth less?
Not for their gold. A 1oz Britannia holds one troy ounce of fine gold whether it is 22 or 24 carat; the older coin is simply heavier overall. Proof issues and early dates can be worth more.
How and when do I get paid?
Once we have inspected your Gold Britannias and you accept the final offer, we arrange payment by cash or bank transfer. For coins sent by post, payment is by bank transfer.
Do I have to accept the offer?
No. The offer is there to help you decide, and there is no obligation to accept it.
Do I need ID to sell?
Yes. We need to verify your identity for every purchase. We will tell you exactly what to bring or send before you visit or post your coins.
